Shipping

Delivery may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

*If you need to change any detail on your order, please contact us within 24 hours after purchase. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or altered. 

*Estimated Arrival times may vary during the Holiday Season.

*Please note that Aubrey Summer is not responsible for any loss of parcels. However, we will do what we can to help locate the package. If it is lost due to company error, we will then process the refund within 1 business day, once we verify the details. 

*For orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error, there are no refunds, and the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items. Please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address. 

Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are unhappy with a product, simply return it within 15 days of receiving it and we’ll give you a full refund. You'll be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
